No matter what your accounting needs, we can help.

Advanced Services

  • Registered Office Services

At Boddice Accounting, we can operate as your Registered Office at Companies House. This allows all formal mail to be delivered to us, which is then scanned and forwarded on to you. Any junk mail is identified and scanned separately to save you time.

Current clients can benefit from this as all HMRC and Companies House letters will be received by us directly, saving you having to look out for these and forward them on.

This option can be taken out either on its own for £39, or with any monthly package for £2 a month.

  • Independent Examination (Charities)

It is necessary for charities to have their annual accounts independently examined and signed off by a qualified professional. At Boddice Accounting, we are able to provide this service along with any other needs a charity or not-for-profit organisation may have.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting

When planning the future of your business, why not let us create a financial forecast for you.

Our forecasting Services helps you compare your projected results with the reality. We will work with you to look at major differences between actual versus forecasted, and provide feedback and/or comments on areas of improvement. It is very important for most small to mid-size companies to prepare financial forecasts that are very closely aligned to the company’s overall goals and objectives.

We provide Business Forecasting Services and Budgeting Services to many businesses, from small start-ups to medium limited companies.

  • Management Accounting

Management accounting focuses on all accounting aimed at informing management about operational business needs. We use information relating to costs of products or services purchased by your business. Budgets are often used to quantify the decisions made in operational planning. Management accountants use performance reports to note variances between actual results from budgets.

The main difference between management accounting and financial accounting is financial accounting is the collection of accounting data to create financial statements, while management accounting is the internal processing used to account for business transactions.

  • Forensic Accounting

If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of suspecting a financial crime is being committed, we can help you find out the facts. We are experts at finding evidence of fraud or negligence hiding behind balance sheets, often searching for proof of embezzlement, theft, money laundering, or other types of financial crimes.
